Please complete the ENTIRE application and provide all supporting documentation required.

Failure to complete the entire application will result in a delay of the approval process and your ability to

view or rent/lease property.

You do not have to pay application fee to view property, but applicant(s) must submit application first,

with Applicant's copy of Driver’s license or Government issued I.D., proof of income and required

documents, due to the safety of our Agents.  

 

-WE DO A DISPOSSESSORY CHECK - If you have been evicted or had more than 2 dispossessory filings,

     you may not qualify.


-WE DO CREDIT REPORTS


-WE DO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS - Violent crimes, check related crimes, drug related crimes

     and sexual related crimes will not be accepted.


-We have maximum income to rent ratio of 35%- All income is considered, for example, food stamps, child

     support, disability, etc. 

You will need to provide 2 most current pay stubs, or 2 year tax returns, if Self Employed and a copy of your

     driver’s license.

***THERE IS A $50.00 NONREFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE, PER APPLICANT,

WHICH MUST BE PAID BEFORE APPLICATION CAN BE FULLY PROCESSED***
