- WE DO A DISPOSSESSORY CHECK - If you have been evicted or had more than 2 dispossessory filings, you may not qualify.
- WE DO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS - Violent crimes, check related crimes, drug related crimes and sexual related crimes will not be accepted.
- We have maximum income to rent ratio of 35%- All income is considered, for ex.- Section 8 voucher, food stamps, child support, disability, etc.
- You will need to provide 2 most current pay stubs, or 2 year tax returns, if Self Employed and a copy of your driver’s license.
